@ABRSM please can you contact me regarding a pending exam result which should have been received 4 days ago. I found out after the examiner forgot to do part of the aural test. Not good enough for an £85 G7 exam.

@PaulWal31745594 @LNER My seat was M15. First class ticket, £54 I paid. And only carriages A-E. Please explain. Disgusting service, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

@dominichames @LNER People bought their seats? Then only half the train turned up as they removed the carriages, so reserved seats were non existent. That is the problem. Not travelling on a ‘busy’ day.

@LNER There were people in tears at the station having to put elderly parents on the packed train, having to travel like cattle when they had purchased first class. This is not good enough.

@LNER Thanks. I’d rather have had my seat and not stand the whole way. Why on earth would you do this on one of the busiest travelling days of the year? Absolutely unacceptable. At least I am young and can cope there are many elderly people having to stand, having reserved first class.
