@SFBART what going on with service to Walnut Creek. I know the weather was bad yesterday but today? Had an Antioch train 4 minutes away for 15 minutes, now out of service. Yesterday I saw literally 5 almost empty Berryessa trains go by before 1 fully packed Antioch … unusable

@CA_DaveJones Eileen, you are right on, this seems to be common practice with all the major insurance companies - @UHC seems to do the same thing. I had someone on the phone tell me that if the nurses pass it on the the Medical Director to expect a denial

@CA_DaveJones You should add @UHC to that investigation. Seems from the outside like they have the same process of using their Medical Director to deny and delay Doctor prescribed diagnostics and treatment
