@airindia your staff at @HeathrowAirport did nothing to help them, but forced them go to terminal 3, and then terminal 5 to find an alternate airline. Your staff were rude, unhelpful and pretty much useless.

@LATAMAirlines Never fly with this airline. Their service is ridiculous, they lost my bag from Cusco airport and have been telling me they're sending it to Lima for 4 days. They've now told me to go to Cusco for it and couldn't care less that we're flying home today.
