@British_Airways My concern is they have no record of my bag tag! I'm away for 9 days and have no clothes. Just had to go buy a few things to get me by. But my medications and supplements I can't get here. That's very concerning!

@British_Airways Very very upset with you right now. Burned an entire vacation day yesterday due to late flights just to finally arrive last night to no luggage. It is full of very important items/medications and you have no trace of my bag at all!!!
