Most remember themselves in comfort
Few remember why we must pass the baton to the next generation.
We are battling for the future. Not remembering the past.
Maundy Thursday.
Jesus chose to invest the last 24 hours by serving others. Think about it. Jesus knew He only had 24 hours and what did He choose to do? Serve.
That is so convicting to leaders. As good of a teacher or visionary one may be, our ultimate calling is to serve.
Pray with me for this weekend. Groups will be physically distant, but spiritually intimate with Christ. It won’t be as crowded as in the past, but we will be in the room together.
God, please show up and show off for Your Glory!
The problem with most Christians today is that we live by our opinions and not by our convictions.
Opinions move like the wind. Convictions move like a mountain.
When we start trusting in our job instead of trusting in Him, He sometimes allows the job to dry up. Sometimes when we rely on stocks, those stocks dry up. Where's your focus? @clayhallmark
