@dotkrueger Enjoyed the video Fred, but as you know I'm a real estate guy for over 30 years! The average person buying the home they live in is one of the best investments they make over their lifetime, if done properly, everyone needs a place to live. My advice own both BTC & a house!

@dotkrueger Live in and enjoy next 6 years. Fast forward home just got appraised at $1.4 million they are going to sell now. They just made $900k off a $12k invesment and enjoyed the home last 8 years and took advantage of tax savings and homestead (which is portable).

@dotkrueger Quick real life scenario. A friend bought a home $400k in 2018 with 3% FHA mortgage , taxes, and insurance about $3k a month. About what home rented for. Couple years later they take out another loan home equity of $100k to update whole home. Now have $500k in loans.

They have and still have Billions in BTC. Never understood why.
