Problems with @ASOS use of the inept @Hermesparcels strikes again, issues delivering to my work address apparently even though delivers to on copious occasions - so no package and ££ down - absolute jokers yet again!!!

@lendingstream atrocious device again - I have called on several occasions to rectify my current issue, however you’re apparently unable to take my call (despite telling me to via email) and would prefer to send me emails threatening to default me?Where is the support in that?

I have since received a notice of default proceedings and when I have called and selected the automated option it says they are unable to take my call - is this how you help customers in such precarious times #absolutejoke 2/2

@lendingstream - absolute disgrace, attempted to contact 4 times withon a week of when my repayment was due to inform that I couldn’t meet it due to being unable to work, could only message and was promised a call back 1/2

Absolutely atrocious service from @NatWest_Help - been on hold twice this morning - cut off at 30 mins the first time then 2 hrs the second time? Tried to speak to them last week and told to call back today!!
