@DontTreadSoccer @blharreld yes credit to Japan and to be fair to the CBs I think it’s obvious Berhalter has asked them to play out of the back thru the midfield 3 and not deviate from that plan at all. he needs to come up with a plan B asap

@DontTreadSoccer @blharreld part of the reason passing options were limited is because neither CB is quick and decisive with the ball at their feet. And if passes to the midfield 3 aren’t on you need to be able to break the lines and find a forward every once in awhile. Midfield 3 were very poor too though
