Update: I was connected with Brett Powell, Service Parts Manager, for Bradford White. He was very considerate of what had occurred and offered to send me two additional parts for no charge. Brett restored my faith in @bw_waterheaters

@bw_waterheaters customer service is awful. I ordered this item from their website but only received one:

The @bw_waterheaters website says “At https://t.co/2G6LyijEJJ, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.” It is clear that the goal of customer service is to satisfy themselves and not the customer. I will never purchase from this company again.
