@TheDumbbells In the last question of #238, Eug’ suggested changing reps each session (12-15 to 6-8 reps) & I want more, please. I assume that when doing 6 reps I use more weight, but do I stick with 3 sets? Do I change the rest time between sets? Can you elaborate?
