@MagpieGroupNUFC@NUFC Not great that this is out in the press long before any official announcement. Hopefully the person feeding this and the information around our transfer buisiness leaves with Eddie.
@PercyArmsDisco If he ends up staying, I can't see how he could remain captain. If the club get what they want in terms of fee, I'll be glad to see him go so that we can move on.
@PercyArmsDisco Its a disgrace that he isn't already. None of the people running the club above Eddie Howe have a real love for NUFC, and will likely move on themselves once a better offer comes along.
@PercyArmsDisco Stavely was great at selling and I imagine she was instrumental in selling NUFC to potential new players. Keegan could convince anyone too, I'm not sure who's doing it these days, but it obviously isn't working. Perhaps an ambassador, someone who loves the club should be involved
@TyneSnapper Thanks for this, appreciated. I'd seen the register and that his name is on the Thiepval Memorial, but hadn't seen the newspaper article previously.
@nufctrust I don't necessarily mind moving to the reconfigured family section, however it is unclear if there are sufficient seats for everyone paying family prices and what will happen if I can't find 3 seats together.
@nufctrust I'm a family season ticket holder with my two young children. To sit in the same seats next season it will cost an additional £602 compared to what I paid this season; both kids will still be classed as junior.
@donhutch4 Its how football should be played, no VAR and plenty of strong challenges. Makes you realise that all of the aggresion has been completely stripped from the game. Back in the day, a good hard challenge would get everyone going, can't happen now!
@O2CityHall@BootlegBeatles Any reason why you can't buy more than 4 tickets, other than so Ticketmaster can make more in fee's on multiple orders? Is this set by the venue, the band or just by Ticketmaster? I take the children and have a family of 5.
Professional footballers struggle to get free kicks over a 4 man wall but this fella has just pinged one over an 80 man wall after 10 pints, fair play.
Here’s why VAR made the correct decision not to rule that out.
The angle is deceiving. Due to the curvature of the ball they simply cannot be sure if it’s fully crossed the line.
It *might* have gone out, but it might not.
It’s a shambles there’s no camera angle running the line.
@worflags Shouldn't be letting opposition fans in with drums. They had three sets up there, including atleast one guy with a megaphone. It just killed the atmosphere.
