Contested Shooting:

X1 begins by touching outside the NCA, O1 then reacts and goes opposite, X1 can lock & trail or go under, O1 reacts accordingly.

To create a bigger advantage for O1, you can make O1 begin the rep and X1 reacts.

Contesting Finishing - Cone Reaction Series:

Pretty straight forward, O1 must go opposite to X1, X1 turns & contests after touching a cone.

We used a few different moves during this session, crossovers, inside out dribble, and a shift dribble.
