If you don’t live in SF you didn’t pay attention when people like Elon Musk, Garry Tan, and Saikat dumped enormous sums of tech money into a local supervisor’s race to remove a tenants’ rights attorney from the board, but as a renter in that district I will never forget.

@Wabefuhon2 @DreamLeaf5 this is wrong. nothing to do with airflow behind the speaker or protecting itself, everything to do with air inside of the speaker and boosting low frequency performance. It’s a port. That hole to the inside of the speaker makes the sound fuller.

rode the SF to Oakland/Larkspur/Vallejo ferries today. Saw a whale by Angel Island, too
