@Chris_D_Brewer @RealKidPoker What if the time banks also included a dead blind requirement? Each when used would include a 1 bb penalty or escalating penalty to the pot paid by the tanker. This would speed play, benefit the player not tanking,and dissuade the tanking.

@RandyGa51306496 What about a bank levy? You can file an order with the court to send a notice to all banks within 50 miles of his home. If there is an acct with only his name you can get 100 % of the funds. If with another person you can get up to 50%. Check court docs for his bank info.

@SavagePoker How would it require monitoring if it was only when a player used more than 1 time chip in 1 particular hand? The idea is if you need 2 extensions for a hand you pay a blind too. Gotta find a way to punish this stalling bs and move the game along. How would you punish stalling ?

@padspoker @berkey11 @ChancesCards What if the rules still allowed for time banks but after the first one each additional one used also requires you to also put in 1 blind dead in the pot? This would speed play, benefit the player not tanking, and dissuade the tanker in spots like this.
