Our brains are hard-wired to stop and pay attention when we see a human face in the wild.

That psychological trigger serves as a great pattern interrupt and minor visual hook.

But he did stop there. Aidan dug the visual hook in deeper by hijacking our minds.

Aidan supercharged the visual hook with a stack of familiar faces at the start of the video.

When I was scrolling I immediately stopped because I saw Dan Koe, Matt Gray, and Codie Sanchez all in the same place.

I recognized them from their content, and so did thousands of others.

When we recognize faces, you can turn our attention into intrigue.

Get them wondering and questioning.

The average viewer may not know or care about you, but they'll care about who you're talking about.

Peaked interest will get viewers to at least stop and listen long enough to figure out what the heck the post was about.

Then he hit us with another jab.

2. Big Numbers That Sparked Desire

He knows what we all want. He wrote it in the beginning of the post.

Aidan wrote the number out with all the zeros to dangle it like a big juicy carrot on a stick.

We clearly want to get more followers.

He's using their collective results as a dangling carrot for his offer.
