@TheExiledRobin Say that Ross and Jason go, the club would have a hell of a lot work to do. Would need players in through the door at essentially every position on the pitch bar... left back?
@TheExiledRobin Agree, but we also knew McNally wasn't going to play in January, so playing a back 3 with no backups seems a bit suicidial? Unprecedented level of injuries of course, but they haven't mitigated the risk at all.
@ohdontcry@TheExiledRobin@DanCarterJourno Every team apart from about 10 in the world have to sell players, it's just the reality. The biggest difference maker is managing that efficiently, and I cannot say that Jon/Brian have done that as of late.
@ohdontcry@TheExiledRobin@DanCarterJourno Then sell them in the summer when it becomes clear they want out and get proper replacements in. A good team at this level should be dealing with that, making a good profit and getting new faces through the door.
@ohdontcry@TheExiledRobin@DanCarterJourno Not get into that situation in the first place. These things should be dealt with before they become "scenarios". That's what competent decision makers do.
@TheExiledRobin@DanCarterJourno I know it'll never happen but the club desperately needs a shake up of the decision makers at the top. If you're going to run a tight ship, you need a damn good strategy to do it, and I just don't think Jon/Brian are capable.
@bcfcshags It's just hard to look past the fact that the two people heading the club, Jon and Brian, are both only there because of things that have nothing to do with the ability to run a football club. It's just infuriating.
@bcfcshags If Tinnion wasn't a club legend, he'd have seen the door years ago. It's utterly insane that he is allowed to have this much say in how a football club is run.
