A lot of you have been asking how to properly set it up, so here’s exactly how It's done ✅

1️⃣ 3 CBs: Use 3 Destroyers with good pace + ball control.

2️⃣ DMFs: One Anchor Man or Destroyer+ one Orchestrator with good passing.

3️⃣ CMF: Box-to-Box with strong offensive & defensive stats.

4️⃣ AMF: Hole Player with good attacking stats.

5️⃣ SS: Hole Player or Creative Playmaker. Personally, I prefer Hole Players because of their runs and ability to destabilize defences.

6️⃣ CFs: I use two fast Goal Poachers with different Player IDs. You can also use a Goal Poacher + Deep-Lying Forward depending on your preference.

7️⃣ Manager: Use an LBC manager, preferably Capello.

📌 Individual Instruction:
Just give your Anchor man or Destroyer Anchoring instructions 🔱

It was a brutal journey but there is still a lot left to learn.

Tuchel Possession Game and Quick Counter was used the entire way to Division 1 with the 3-6-1.

Defending is extremely difficult especially when you get caught on any counters.

More work needs to be done to make this system work and to improve its consistency but with the nerf to Long Ball Counter and AI defending overall the 3-6-1 with Possession Game, Overload, and Quick Counter could have a lot of potential.
