Hello @SouthwestAir-As an ALP, CP + Priority CC holder I am confused how I end up in Group 2 boarding. I boarded after at least 30-40 people and makes getting bin space in the ELR seats almost impossible. How will your #CustomerExperience team respond to this early challenge?

Interesting #clientexperience with @SouthwestAir today. I am a loyalist and all the “ists” of SWA. Even proposed to my now wife on a flight, had an amazing experience. Todays layover included mechanics issues on my connecting flight…it happens. 🤷🏼‍♂️…BUT…..

They immediately delayed it 3 hrs to fix mechanical issue. It turned into 5 hours. @SouthwestAir did offer LUV vouchers unprompted to everyone while waiting. (Bravo and probably kept the restless flyers from revolting) How do you not have another plane available sooner than 5hrs?

Our family was deeply saddened when Ted Orr passed away a few weeks ago. UA/Hilliard Davidson came together and will wear these "ORR" decals for the rest of the season. Both team will honor Ted at our game (May 4th) as he impacted so many from both communities. @Davidsonlax2017
