@tylerloong Yeah the recent results should matter, however, running tournaments can be difficult. There are always lots of ideas to improve the event but implementing those ideas at scale is always a challenge when there’s an incumbent system.

I would imagine travel is the main driver.

@TheKitchenPB There’s not enough incentive for top pros to play back draw now that you can’t even play for bronze. On the other hand, there’s nothing disincentivizing them from withdrawing. It’s a pro sport and business decision. I get the arguments but PPA would need to adjust the incentives
