1) Yes you can get your baggage out at baggage claim since we cannot get you to your destination tonight. This was a lie, they do not let you get your baggage out of handling until it has reached the destination.

@united I had to rent a car and drive 5 hours in the snow STARTING at 1am this morning to make my destination on time today. As punishment for this, you are now asking me to drive two more hours to retrieve my bag. A bag you promised would be delivered.

@united you truly have some of the least informed airline staff I’ve ever experienced when it comes to baggage questions. Literally every conversation I’ve had about getting my bag has been proven to be a lie by the next person I talk to. No one seems to understand your policy.

@united Deliver my bag like you promised to last night. Literally dealt with this last night, made a plan to have my bag delivered and now got a call telling me there’s no plan to deliver my bag and I have to drive HOURS to retrieve it.

@united out here gaslighting. Several of your employees have told the reason there is NO ONE AVAILABLE to help us with flight issues at the airport is because “customers wanted it all to be online”. No one asked for you to remove your customer service desks. That was you.

@ryanmauk This depicts Apparent/"Feels Like" temperature which isn't the same thing as air temperature although it's easy to confuse to two - the former is factors in the cooling effect on the human body. That said, it does appear we'll be close to our record low of 13 set back in 1963.
