Fuego was able to make a higher performing app for half the cost of our previous one. They were able to add our personalizer to the app as well.

StoreLocators is for omni-channel brands. It pulls exact inventory amounts by SKU for every physical retailer in your area.
It’s branding, giving us legitimacy of selling in major retailers. After holiday shipping cutoffs we push customers in-store to buy gifts. Retailers appreciate it.
Site Speed: @edgemeshinc
Edgemesh has provided a significant boost in site speed. They cache our content every 15 minutes, significantly increasing page load times and helping convert new customers.
@loveless_jacob built an incredible analytics tool, that gives the most accurate look at customer behavior.
They are incredible partners, going above and beyond to help our business.
Landing Page Builder: @replohq
Replo has changed the game in performance marketing for us. We now have full creative freedom, in a way that we never did with our traditional Shopify pages.
Where we once were confined within prebuilt grids, we can now truly do whatever we want in order to best represent our products and our brand.

Encore has been our 3PL from day 1. They’ve scaled up with our business, which is incredibly impressive. They now handle significant volume, fulfilling to all the biggest retailers and drop shipping.

NetSuite was incredibly painful to integrate. We took steps back on our ability to sell because of it.
However, being a large omni-channel business it had to be done. NetSuite is the foundation we need to operate at the scale we’ve achieved.

Gorgias isn’t the cheapest but for an eCommerce native brand but it is great. They Integrate with all of the platforms we use.
We switched to Gorgias from Zendesk this year and it has been an improvement.

I spent the last 4 years helping grow a top Shopify App.
Here are the biggest lessons I learned about what it takes to scale revenue in the Shopify ecosystem:
1. If you have a reliable source of installs coming from outside the App Store, you’re probably going to win
2. Customer success is how you compete against the “big guys”
3. Get customers activated by any means necessary
4. Have a clear POV on your ICP
5. Just because you have an ICP, doesn’t mean that’s who you’ll attract
6. Do what you need to do to get ranked
7. Reviews matter, deal with it
8. App Store Ads work, just make sure they’re incremental
9. PLG will bring you far…until it doesn’t
10. Brand matters
11. Revisit pricing (at least) once per year
12. “Land and expand” is a winning strategy for you and your customers
13. Avoid the mirage of new ecosystems
14. Use the data that’s available to you
15. Identify and prioritize preventable churn
16. Challenge your assumptions for your free plan or trial experience
17. Entry price matters
18. Be ready to compete against your friends
19. Build a great team
