@yt_jazz1011@InGameMenu Sure but I’m guessing that means to play the digital key your console will have to be permanently online to verify the license. At least you could still use the disc if the internet is down
@Vannexss@InGameMenu So I guess if my internet was out I could still just play from the disc. It’s a nice idea to prepare for the next gen which I think will have no disc https://t.co/wQW5BVVbVR this could be a way to play older disc games on the next system
@BringBackBanjoK@diddykongfan291 Doesn’t that mean the console has to be always online to verify the license though?
I really like the idea though since I think the next gen will be digital only, so this would at least be nice to play old games on the new console
@Deefensraum@shiny196@XBOX I’m wondering if this means your console will have to be always online to verify you own the license. Otherwise you could install it, take your console offline then sell it
@Vannexss@InGameMenu But does that mean you’ll only be able to play the games when connected to the internet so it can move the license over? Since it would need to verify I own the license
@InGameMenu I’m sure it would remove the license automatically but what if the 1st owner took their system offline before selling? Or do you need a constant online connection to play it, which would mean being locked out if your internets down. There’s a lot of questions that need answering
@InGameMenu I’m curious how this would work. Does this mean the disc will be tied to single account that has the license? If it works like the switch’s digital cartridge does that mean if you sold the disc the buyer wouldn’t be able to use it until you removed the license from your account
