@Hertz Is it ok to give rentals with TPMS Light on and Fluid washer check on. The location suggested to fill the air everytime TPMS is on. Is it safe enough to just keep doing it?

@CanadianPM@cathaypacific My elderly mother is stranded because @cathaypacific has cancelled the onward flight from HKG to DEL after the flight from @yvrairport departed [CX837]. There is no ground staff available to help at HKG and they are stranded next to the immigration.
@cathaypacific Please have your groundstaff attend them now.. They are standing with immgiration official as they can't go out.. They are elderly people, on wheelchair.. your ground staff is no where to be found.

@cathaypacific we got boarding pass for cx679 and now if you have cancelled it, it is your responsibility to provide all the support to ensure the pax doesn’t left alone in an unknow country to fend to themselves especially elderly people..please provide clarity

@airindiain Well, yes meals were served and then later on passengers were starved as their were no service for next 8 hours considering, the first service was done on the ground. It was a really bad experience with noone to support/talk to. We literly starved in the plane with no refreshment
