@LeeMcLaren11 Staff need more down time, more time to focus on themselves process the things they’ve dealt with. A chance to ask the questions they have from jobs. Shouldn’t be expected to read emails when not on shift shouldn’t be doing anything out of paid hours or it’s not proper downtime
@LeeMcLaren11 Definitely!! Would be such a big help to all and would probably help improve staff morale and well fair. As long as it’s done during contracted hours rather than only being able to access these things on your days off
@elliottsja01 @EMASNHSTrust Maybe qualified technician would be better added to it so the general public understand better I think the term apprentice makes you sound less experienced 🤷♂️
@EEAST_CSpencer @EastEnglandAmb Good luck with everything, it’s a tough decision to make, I’ve recently made very similar decision, you’ve got to look after number 1
@DrOatibix I personally think the reason we see on scene delays is the time it takes to get history and the info needed, many of the pts being seen their issues didn’t start with the emergency need on the day of the call so they have history of a week or even months to explain to us
There’s a new way for you to get the urgent care you need.
Instead of going to A&E, just call 111 first. NHS 111 can book you a timeslot at A&E if needed.
This will help us to help people who need an emergency response for life threatening conditions.
