@Matt_Camenzuli There are enough Australians in Australia capable of providing intelligent political analysis and commentary. They do not need this pseudo intellectual telling them how things are. You could have easily made your point well enough without platforming this little weasel.
@GrumpyOldGit25@benhabib6@RestoreBritain His bio is very light-on. He's enriched himself and he's sought validation and influence. And he won't stop now until he has a place at Restore's top table.
@A86664949@MickamiousG@BeWinstonSmith I disagree. It's been effectively discredited to the point of being demonised for 80 years. The sensible thing to do is to look at how Germany got itself out of the mess it was in 1918/19 including taking on board the insights in MK and advocate for them without mentioning Adolf.
@MickamiousG@A86664949@BeWinstonSmith What you're actually watching is the continued reinforcement in the public's mind of the association of 1930's and '40's Nazism with nationalism. Always plays out in the high profile environment of the mainstream media. He's an agent of the state.
@HaveeSnowball It's not, but when an individual rises organically and demonstrates capacity, especially the capacity to weather media exposure, the monied interests turn up. That's how people become compromised and end up a tool of someone else's agenda. Tommy Robinson in Britain is an example.
@DarkReactions99 Why don't you engage with them directly then instead of posting this delusional hero worshiping slop. The worst thing that can happen to Sewell is that the High Court unbans him and he finds himself obliged to run candidates. 5% primary vote, max.
@Joffa_AU@DarkReactions99 I'll make it a bit simpler for you. He's reinforced in the public's mind an established narrative that describes the political situation in Germany from 1918 - 1945. The narrative is false but most people believe it and that makes nationalism difficult to sell to the electorate.
@Joffa_AU@DarkReactions99 They haven't. They've reinforced in the public's collective mind that nationalism should always be associated with the fixed narrative imposed on the NSDAP and the German administration of 1933 - 1945. In other words to be associated with totalitarianism and mass murder.
@drakedagain@DarkReactions99 Sewell doesn't want to go to the electorate because he knows that in doing so his actual level of support will be exposed. In order to claim legitimacy, it's better for him to be banned, to fight legal cases in the High Court and to attract as much media attention as possible.
@JohnPorkuk7o@DarkReactions99 To effect wide-ranging long lasting change, a nationalist party needs to legitimately win majority government with control of both houses of the parliament. To do this they need about 35% of the primary vote. Sewell isn't delivering that because he alienates the electorate.
@MmeMaigret1@JohnAndersonAC@HonTonyAbbott What it does is promote Australia as an economic refuge and allows people and their families to survive the four years required to qualify for Australian citizenship. Grossly irresponsible.
@QBCCIntegrity@SecRubio@SenatorWong Secretary Rubio, unlike Rudd & Co, actually understands the meaning of diplomacy and practices it because it's in America's interest to do so. Pretty sure the Trump admin know all about the ALP and its cast of dubious characters.
@Bender_Aus@AusLobby Avi made his name during COVID but he's not a particularly likeable man and nor is he an intelligent or compelling interviewer. Rukshan just looks out of place. It can't go on forever.
