I’m using ChatGPT to send 25 targeted emails a day to businesses without websites. 50 sent so far, 2 replies.
SEO is bringing LeedFinder 2 signups a day, and I’m working to grow that. TikTok/Reels will promote my new calorie-tracking app, Kcalm.
Mark my words: I’ll hit $6K MRR within the next few months, God willing.
Wake up. Put in the work. Eat right. Exercise. Pray. Repeat.
I will achieve this.
One of our clients made $2,076 this month.
From an app we built for them.
3,400 trial users. Could hit $14K this month if the trend holds.
We built the app in 2 months.
Cost: $8,000.
If it hits $14K, they've already made their build cost back in a single month.
$8K in. Potential $14K/month out.
That's not luck. That's just what happens when the product actually works.
Sent another 25+ cold emails today using ChatGPT + Gmail.
Already got my first real response.
It was a “no thank you” 😂 but that’s still a good sign.
The emails are landing. Now I just need to keep sending.
I saw one app with 20,000 downloads making $20 MRR.
Then another with 10,000 downloads making $6K MRR.
That difference is insane.
What separates the two?
Pricing? Paywall? Retention? Free → paid conversion?
Trying to understand what actually makes an app profitable instead of just popular.
4K views in the last 30 days sounds cool…
Until you realize I’ve only been posting for 4 days 😂
Now I want to see if I can take this account from 4K → 1M views in a month.
5 TikTok slideshows a day.
That’s the challenge.
A few of my TikToks were consistently getting around 700 views.
Thought I was finally gaining momentum.
Next two? 30 views 😭
Is this just normal TikTok?
Trying to grow my app waitlist to 500 users before launch, then scale Kcalm to $6K/month using TikTok slideshows.
Back to posting.
3 things I learned this week:
ChatGPT is actually really good at coming up with TikTok/UGC ad ideas.
I’m going all in on TikTok slideshows.
Connecting ChatGPT to Gmail and using it to automate client outreach is a game changer.
Feels like I’m finally learning how to actually use AI.
What did you learn this week?
Genuinely embarrassing,
Bro is really using my screenshots and my revenue, then posting reels larping like it’s his and using it to promote his agency.
Come on 🥀😭
the truth about $10k MRR mobile apps is that $6k of it is ad spend, $1.5k of it goes to apple, and you’re left with $2.5k pre-tax
this applies to $20k, $50k, $100k… and the margins only get thinner
so the next time you see some crazy MRR screenshot - don’t let it get you down - revenue ≠ profit
