For the few that might have they most likely aren’t using Twitter much besides to view his tweets so Elon really isn’t getting much revenue from them but King is getting a platform for free.

They sell it for however low they can get it from their supplier. Price changes need to be made upstream but this statement really shows how out of touch Biden is.
