@AdamMancini4 Thanks Adam, ive been a member of your NL for over a year and its been helpful to me for the trend. I trade SPX with premium so harder to hold per your NL because of time decay. So when im stuck in a pull back or its just chopping I get out at BE or 10 to 20 cents up in premium
