@ShyChlo FYI I kept chasing them to sort it out, providing several screenshots. The store doesn't recognise me as a member, and even gives the option I can buy one. When I try to, it says I've already got one. The store isn't linking to the active membership. As a result they sent me this

@OctopusEnergy This must be an AI automated response, clearly haven't read the message. Try again tomorrow ๐, done 5 days a week for 8 weeks between hours of 5.45am and 8am. Will have to start a youtube vid accounting each day, excluding late starters or those retired I wouldn't say is "fair"
@OctopusEnergy, appreciate you're the social media team, but regarding your free coffee codes released each morning "being fairer". Having tried myself for roughly 8 weeks, from times ranging from 5.45am to 8am, no codes are ever available.
previously. Would be great if we didn't get a copy/paste response which seems to brush off the issue. A free coffee is nothing to lose sleep over, but what is annoying is the thought of your team thinking it's fairer but actually excluding many other people, the opposite of fair.
an extremely tiny window if there is one, which excludes various folk such as retired, or those with a later start in the day. Baring in mind, if I can't even get one on the aforementioned times during my own commute, then how on earth can anyone else have a chance to as they did
@OctopusEnergy@jc5415 Wouldn't bother John, I can't get one and I've been checking from 545am to 8am on my daily commute. You'll only get a copy paste response about it being fairer, but ironically it's the opposite with hardly anyone getting them
@OctopusEnergy FYI I know you've changed how the codes for a free coffee are handed out each morning, but having tried at 5.45am, 6am 7am 8am over the last month and beyond, no codes available. The old system you could keep one code to use anytime in that week, far better system.
@SuccessJourneyp@OctopusEnergy After trying during my usual commute to work, at those hours I've pretty much given up. Over 6 weeks of trying, before no problem at all
