My Amazon listings in Industrial & Scientific have had all of their bullets removed which is causing a major customer experience issue as they waste time coming to my listings and not buying as the key features are missing. All Amazon’s listings still have bullets. Please help!!
I have been selling on amazon for over 7 years and all of a sudden got my account deactivated. Despite multiple appeals from over a week ago and acknowledgement of steps to follow to be compliant I am yet to get a response from @amznsellerhelp@dharmeshmehta@JeffBezos
@amznsellerhelp@AmazonHelp@amazon I keep asking Amazon customer support for a response daily and they keep ignoring me. It's incredibly frustrating and dissapointing doing business with a company that treats its sellers this way.
Amazon changed my product category of 6 yrs from Industrial & Scientific to Office Products increasing my referral fees by 3%. Amazon is already taking ~80% total from me in fees. This will put my small business out of business. Please help! @amznsellerhelp@AmazonHelp@amazon
@amznsellerhelp@AmazonHelp@amazon Giving me the same answer. They changes my category simply to give them an extra 3% plain and simple. Amazon is squeezing its sellers out of business. Soon customers, and sellers, will be prices off of the platform.

My team will no longer have jobs if Amazon won't fix and customers will go to brick & mortar if the whole category raises prices.

@elonmusk Really crappy you pushing a great "limited time offer" on your Model X/Y if bought before the end of the year and two weeks later you doubled that reduction which entitles everyone who didn't take part in your "sale" last year to an additional $7,500 credit.
@ShinghiD It is virtually impossible to stay in stock with these ridiculous cut in limits. 40%+ cut in 1 week. Amazon can’t check inventory in fast enough to stay in stock with these insane limits.
My proposal to fix this:
Fix inventory limits for 45 days.
Allow Sellers to send inventory to maintain their limit - even if they are currently at their limit.
The amount you’re allowed to send is computed by a sales forecasting model + the time it takes to send/receive.
I need help with my business, to keep my 13 employees working and my own bills paid.

@amznsellerhelp is stating that they cannot accept our invoice due to verbiage stating sales order instead of invoice being written. We even provided them screenshots of our credit card statement proving they were purchased directly from that distributor. @AmazonASGTG
Started my @amazon journey as a third party seller bank in 2015. As of 10.14.22 our team of 13 lost their jobs. @amazon sent us an email stating that our account will get shut down in the next 72 hours for a product authenticity.

1). I need help with an issue of moving Subscribe and Save customers from SKU A to SKU B in the USA AND CANADA. Multiple cases and over 1.5 months later seller support can not get this fixed. In fact they made it worse today. @amznsellerhelp
@michaelpatron0 It is but making sellers leave the platform, and potentially whole niches, is not good for returning stock holder equity for the long-term.
@michaelpatron0 Agreed! Bezos and his stockholders need to take it on the chin every once and a while instead of constantly passing increases on to the sellers for the longevity of the company. They used to do this which made them one of the biggest companies in the world.
