You spit nothing but falsehoods and misinformation in this entire clip. You might be “following this case now”. I’ve been reporting and investigating this case for over a year.

FACT CHECK: A “jury of your peers” does NOT mean the jurors have to be the same race as the defendant.

You confidently claimed that because there wasn’t someone the same color as the defendant on the jury, it wasn’t a jury of his peers. That is 100% false.

A jury of your peers means a jury selected from the community and judged by fellow citizens. It does NOT mean every juror has to match the defendant’s race, gender, religion, age, or background.

If that were true, every defendant would be entitled to a jury custom-built to mirror their demographics. That’s not how the legal system works.

The Constitution requires that juries be selected from a fair cross-section of the community. It does NOT require that the final jury contain members of any particular race.

The idea that people can only fairly judge someone if they share the same skin color is not only legally wrong, it’s an incredibly racist way of viewing the justice system.

Also, Karmelo was NOT 130 lbs. But clearly you don’t get your info from anything other than racist social media influencers instead of the documented FACTS.

And the AUDACITY to say “he was the only black kid under the tent”?! A large portion of the witnesses who were UNDER THE TENT who TESTIFIED AGAINST KARMELO were BLACK!

BLACKLISTED: In September the Knoxville Symphony invited me to their blind audition for Principal Clarinet, which I won by unanimous vote. Two days later their CEO called and refused to hire me, citing my ousting from the Nashville Symphony six years ago for resisting DEI as the reason, and instead gave the job to my runner-up, an obvious DEI hire who’s still in college.

In response I sued the Knoxville Symphony two weeks ago for a year’s salary plus $25k for the 100 hours I spent practicing for the audition. This isn’t just about money though, it’s also about pushing back against these symphony CEOs who continue to put race and politics above merit and skill. Someone has to save our symphonies from being sacrificed on the altar of “diversity” and no one is better positioned to do it than me. Wish I didn’t have to do it but I’m doing it anyway.

I was excited to take the stage with the Knoxville Symphony but instead I’ll see them in court. If Knoxville thought I’d walk away from this they were sorely mistaken.

@AtheistPhoenix I am an athiest and yes they literally did target religious communities because the mindset of religion provides a rules guidance that is antithetical to communism. Our community literally needs to learn to argue fairly without half truths.

There is now a fundraiser for Austin Herber, the White 27-year-old who was t-boned by a car full of Mexicans who then tried to flee. He kept two of them at the scene until police arrived, and for his trouble, police have charged him with kidnapping and "hate crimes."

There's still no national coverage of the grievous anti-White lawfare being waged against Austin. Beyond local news, coverage has been limited to a few accounts here on X.

This is not getting the attention it deserves, and Austin is not getting the support he needs. What's being done to Austin is genuinely evil. This is one of the most egregious episodes of malicious anti-White injustice I've ever seen, and that's really saying something.
