When it comes to the morality of using and killing animals for food, I think the most important question we could ever ask ourselves is: “what if it was me?”
COVID-19 outbreaks on fur farms pose a major threat to public health. It’s grossly irresponsible to allow this industry to continue. #BanFurFarmsBC @lanapopham @adriandix@MikeMorrisforBC@ShirleyBond @DougRoutley17
Hunting is wrong but eating meat is not? Last time I checked, animals don’t care why they are killed or what happens to their body after they’re killed.
They just want to live.
Always in disbelief when people see what animals go through for us to eat their bodies / secretions and say fuck it, imma eat them anyways.
Like are you really that selfish that you value temporary taste over the life of an innocent animal???
When people say: “don’t tell me what animals go through, it’s going to make me not want to eat meat anymore.”
So... you’d rather ignore your conscience than do the right thing for innocent animals?
To anyone who’s against hunting but eats meat:
I hate to break it to you, but animals in farms & slaughterhouses are worse off than animals who are hunted.
And no, I’m not saying hunting is ok. They’re both totally fucked up.
It really scares me when people say: “I will never stop eating meat / hunting / [insert behavior that hurts animals]”...
It reminds me to always stay open minded to being wrong about anything, and change if necessary.
