Serious concern during a Zomato delivery 🚨

Faced a concerning delivery experience last night. The order was delayed due to multiple groupings. When the person finally came, I felt something didn’t match the registered name “Ashok Ram"

As he was leaving, I casually asked, “Kya naam hai aapka?” he instantly replied “Bismillahum”. When I asked again, he changed his answer saying people call him that but his name is “Ashok”.

I asked to see his ID card; he refused and left abruptly. His body language completely changed.

Forget the delay but this is a serious safety issue if the person is not registered with actual name? @deepigoyal @zomato please investigate if accounts are registered with fake credentials/IDs or shared by someone else(mechanism to detect this? Device binding?. Also delivery partners should have visible ID cards while delivering for everyone’s safety.

@TheOfficialSBI @UPI_NPCI I have been trying from past 1 hour to make a important payment but SBI's "modern and advanced" servers are not letting me doing that. This has been now almost regular to have 1 server issue everyday. Please look into the matter and restore it now.

@mathursudhin For brands like Lava and motorola, the main factor is trust. This brands came up as very good brands within a short period of time so their reliability is still questionable for Indian consumers, while I think that Moto is really doing good but still Samsung is a classic in India

@mathursudhin As a ex Pcoo x3 pro user and current Poco f6 user, I can certainly say that the reason why this are not bestsellers are because of different reasons. for Poco and iqoo, this are targeted to particular customer base i.e gamers, so others who wants a bit balanced goes for samsung.

My first resolution of 2024 would be developing an income source in online.
Online is the ocean of money but only some % of peaple know to swim.
I want to create 1 income source per quarter and 4 income source by the end of the year.

@RBI its high time RBI should understand that ₹10 note is as important as ₹500. There are still small vendors who struggle to return change money because ₹10 note is not in circulation. RBI should take care of this and print a decent amount of small denomination notes.

Your customer support said me that i will recieve a callback from the store team but no callback was recieved for straight 3 days. You customer support said that they will connect with the manager but after getting on Hold they just disconnect the phone . Worst service

@dominos_india this is enough my order was delivered late and as per your policy of 30 minute delivery gaurantee i should have been allowed a 300rs refund but after raising 3concerns there were no callback and you support team always put yhe calll on hold and then cuts it .
