@ArgosHelpers totally disappointed. Ordered a Phillips perfect draft pro black machine - the one with WiFi blue tooth and temp control. Turns out the one we collected is not a pro (per order conf) and none of the features exist which I found out when it wouldn’t set up! Joke!
@h_emby@Pharmacy2U Good luck with the chat as even when they are “open” it says they are too busy to answer so ring. I’ve been trying to ring for the last 2 days and keep getting cut off as it doesn’t recognise my DOB, even when it does pass me to someone it immediately cuts off.
@Pharmacy2U how are you supposed to put a complaint in when the phone line constantly cuts you off? The chat bot is useless and you no longer respond to emails. I want my refund and have no way of contacting you. Completely useless contact systems and can’t even complain!
@BurgerKingUK terrible service for delivery. Half the order missing and no way of being able to complain without waiting 5 days for a response. Resturant unhelpful despite ordering through your app. Receipt doesn’t tell me the company who delivered so can’t even complain to them
Disappointed with @Harrods 2023 xmas bauble. Bought last weekend to find it hasn’t been finished properly so can’t be hung. Will save my money next time, living a long way away means I cannot return to store to replace 🙁
