@DPD_OfficialUK your app is useless. parcel due yesterday, encountered technical problems. then due 14:08 to 15:08. At 15:20 told me Harvey on parcel 68 and I’m 70. In the 90 minutes after I watched him on the app move all around me. I am now parcel 69 and he is delivering 68!
So it’s now 2 hours since my one hour delivery slot, and I’m still next. I need to get shopping having wasted 2 hours. I would rather be told you have no idea where it is or when it will be her so at least we can get on with our lives! You are almost as bad as Royal Mail
@BootsHelp how do I get next day delivery charge refunded please? Ordered Thursday morning 7:37am, still hasn’t arrived. It was dispatched Thursday 11:42am.

@BrightonHoveCC why does it take so long to remove an abandoned bike? AB1081 will be removed 24th September - called 01273292090 several times and been promised removal that weekend - it’s still there. Come on, how hard can this be? Why is this process failing?
