@TiborPNagyJr@nytimes Mr. Nagy, I want to express my gratitude for your bravery in speaking out. Your honesty is a vital contribution to the fight for justice in Eritrea.
From a @NyTimes story that makes me think of Isaias' Eritrea: "The collapse of a dictatorship is when its subjects can finally confront the past. It’s a time for finding the disappeared, for bringing up the bodies, for holding bosses accountable, for making victims whole." Amen
One of many indications of the blind #Eritrean patriotism is so dangerous are worshipping maps & flags! This Eritrean man says 'even the goat chooses to be Eritrean & prints the map of Eritrea on her' while ignoring the suffering of real Eritreans! Disgraceful!

Eritrea|'s 33rd year of independence brings little cause for celebration.Instead, its people grapple with stifled voices&dashed hopes under a regime that prioritizes control over freedom #EritreaIndependenceAt33#NoMorePFDJPropaganda@EUCouncil@hrw@un You agree with that right🔽
He silenced dissent for decades.
Shattered lives, banned press, endless conscription.
Yesterday he spoke of roads not fixed, no real change.
But roads didn’t fail themselves...
**He failed the roads.**

Delighted to meet diplomatic team from Eritrean Blue Revolutionary Front. I know Isaias regime is apoplectic over this opposition group which seeks a democratic Eritrea. Having been in similar group while Hungary was under Communism, I hope their goals come about like ours did.
Dr. Bisirat, Director of Standards and Evaluation at the National Higher Education and Research Institute, stated that out of 24,092 exam participants, 12.2% qualified for degree programs and 7.59% for diploma programs. The remaining 20000 will face slavery, congratulations 🇪🇷👏
@AnnGarrison#Asmara, once alive with defiant hope, now stands as empty evidence of the tyranny of the #PFDJ. The mafia state has silenced its people and crushed our dreams into slavery and exile, that is the reality of 34 years.

@nahlav Asmara’s streets, once alive with hope, now whisper tales of a city betrayed by the PFDJ’s ruthless rule. Colonial scars couldn’t dim its light, but the regime’s relentless oppression has cast it into a ghostly twilight.
