BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell, reveals that Trump’s lawyers just told the New York appeals court overseeing the his civil fraud case that Trump “can’t find an insurance company to underwrite his bond to cover” his $454 million bond.

But it gets even WORSE for Trump…

CNN also reports that “Trump’s attorneys said he has approached 30 underwriters to back the bond, which is due by the end of this month.”

Adding insult to injury, Trump’s lawyers told the judge that “the amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude,”

CNN’s report continues, “The insurance broker, Gary Giuletti, who testified for Trump during the civil fraud trial, signed an affidavit stating that securing a bond in the full amount “is a practical impossibility.”

Potential underwriters are seeking cash to back the bond, not properties, according to Trump’s lawyers.”

Now, Trump’s lawyers are desperately begging the appeals court to “delay posting the bond until his appeal of the case is over, arguing that the value of Trump’s properties far exceed the judgment.”

Unfortunately for Donald Trump, everyone now knows that he grossly over values his properties — and insurance companies want cash instead of overvalued, fraudulent properties as collateral.

BREAKING: New York Attorney General Leititia James scores a massive win at today’s trial as Donald Trump’s son Trump Junior makes a STUNNING courtroom admission under oath that seals the Trump Organization’s fate and makes the case a slam dunk for Attorney General James.

Trump Junior took the stand under oath today today and brazenly admitted to putting his signature on multiple fraudulent property evaluations when pressed by a prosecutor from James’ office.

A courtroom reporter shared, "Don Jr. was just shown a loan document from Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas dated March 13, 2017. He signed the document as 'attorney in fact' for his father, attesting at the time that the fraudulent document “presents fairly in all material respects the financial condition of Guarantor at the period presented.”

Even worse for Donald and Trump Junior, when confronted about why he sighed a document that was riddled with fraud, Trump Junior shamelessly replied, “I'm sure I've signed dozens of these in my time as trustee."

That’s right. Trump Junior just admitted in open court that he “signed dozens” of fraudulent documents, under his dad’s direction. This is devastating for Trump Junior and Donald Trump because this new admission contradicts Trump Junior’s earlier claim under oath that he had no knowledge of the fraudulent property valuations that the Trump Organization used to illegally fool banks and lenders.

If Trump Junior thinks that this is a winning strategy, he is in for a BIG surprise from Judge Engoron, who already found the Trump Organization guilty of fraud — and is now trying to come up with an appropriate monetary punishment, which, at this rate, may end up being over $250 million dollars.

BREAKING: Biden's Justice Department boldly informs MAGA-controlled Texas that it's filing a legal action against the vicious placement of floating barriers in the Rio Grande river — a "defensive" measure erected against migrants that makes it exponentially more likely that they'll drown.

The Justice Department sent their warning letter to the state's vicious racist governor Greg Abbott, and warned him that his brutal anti-migrant methods "violate federal law" and "raise humanitarian concerns" while creating "serious risks to public safety and the environment."

The DOJ has a slum-dunk case here and they quoted a specific clause in the law that "prohibits the creation of any obstruction to the navigable capacity of waters of the United States" and dictates that specific authorization from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required to legally build such structures.

This Justice Department moves comes after a Texas state trooper whistleblower horrified the world by revealing that troopers have been ordered to push migrants — including children and babies — back into the surging waters of the Rio Grande. They have also been ordered to deny them drinking water.

Additionally, Gov. Abbott has been accused of escalating his war against desperate migrants seeking better lives by deploying "sharp razor wire" in the river which is "creating death traps for migrants and violating U.S. treaty commitments with Mexico."

Biden must be commended for taking action against Republican cruelty. These bloodthirsty conservatives delight in the deaths of poor desperate people. They must be stopped.

BREAKING: Trump Junior becomes an international embarrassment as Australia’s Prime Minister accuses him of lying about the REAL reason why he canceled his scheduled “anti-woke” event in Australia.

BREAKING: Michele Obama delivers a deeply moving and powerful response to the Republican-controlled Supreme Court's decision to outlaw affirmative action in university admission considerations.

Mrs. Obama, who is a graduate of both Princeton and Harvard, stated that she was "one of the few Black students" on her campus and she was "proud of getting into such a respected school" because she knew that she had "worked hard for it."

Even so, she "sometimes wondered" if there were people who assumed that she was only there because of affirmation action.

"It was a shadow that students like me couldn’t shake, whether those doubts came from the outside or inside our own minds," said Mrs. Obama.

"But the fact is this: I belonged. And semester after semester, decade after decade, for more than half a century, countless students like me showed they belonged, too," she went on.

She pointed out that it "wasn't just the kids of color who benefitted" from a system with affirmative action because it meant that students would encounter perspectives they had never heard before, have their assumptions challenged, and grow their hearts and minds.

The former First Lady then destroyed the Republican narrative that affirmative action creates an unfair playing field for White Americans.

She stated that there are countless other forms of "special consideration" that factor into admissions because some applicants have parents who attended the same university, others can afford coaches who help them strengthen their athletic talents, and others go to expensive high schools with tutors and test prep.

"We don't usually question if those students belong. So often, we just accept that money, power, and privilege are perfectly justifiable forms of affirmative action, while kids growing up like I did are expected to compete when the ground is anything but level," she said.

She ended by saying that this ruling is a "reminder that we've got to do the work not just to enact policies that reflect our values of equity and fairness, but to truly make those values real in all of our schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods."

BREAKING: Trumper Congresswoman Lauren Boebert falls flat on her face as her articles of impeachment against President Biden backfire in the best way possible.
