Absolutely pathetic experience with @makemytrip today. Booked a premium BYD EV for 6:10 AM, but was forced into a filthy, unhygienic Ertiga without my consent. To make it worse, the driver harassed me for independent payment. Complete service failure! #MakeMyTripTravelHorror

@BPCLimited Lie. I have sent multiple tweets and emails for non delivery of LPG cylinder. Neither Bharatgas nor agency bothered to even acknowledge. Helpline no are still playing covid time Music on hold in IVR. Such a pathetic customer support and service from Bharatgas and shameless agency

Agency is the real culprit in creating artificial shortages and letting domestic LPG consumer suffer. I have posted a few tweets and they’re least bothered to reply.

Clarification: LPG Refill Booking Timings

Reports circulating in sections of the news and on social media about changes in LPG refill booking norms are incorrect.

There is no change in LPG refill booking norms.

• Minimum gap between two refill bookings remains:
 – 25 days in urban areas
 – 45 days in rural areas

• These timelines continue as per existing guidelines.

Please, avoid panic booking. There is adequate LPG availability to meet demand.

Unfortunately, the beautiful and important water body in Bangalore. Yele Mallappa Shetty lake has been polluted by sewage and waste from nearby layouts and industries. The lake also suffers from water hyacinth infestation, which reduces the oxygen level and affects the aquatic life.Action is needed to restore the lake to its original glory🙏
