Nobel Peace Prize laureate Narges Mohammadi, currently imprisoned, has been denied essential medical treatment. Evin prison officials cited her non-compliance with the compulsory hijab as the reason for not allowing her transfer to an outside hospital.

Dear global pundits and commentators, please refrain from saying “Iran” and “Iranian regime” when referring to the authorities in Iran. Your condemnations are in fact of the Islamic Republic, not of Iran or the Iranian people. The Islamic Republic is an occupying force in Iran, and the Iranian people risk their lives to oppose them. For 44 years they have sought to replace Iranian national identity with an Islamist one. There’s nothing Iranian about them.

"IR (Islamic Republic)'s agents arrested Fatemeh Sepahri at her home and transferred her to Vakilabad prison.
If anything happens to my sister and my brothers, Ali Khamenei is responsible."

@audunlysbakken Langt mer skadelig at vesten lar IRGC få lov til å styre verdensagenda. Dette er vinn-vinn for den islamske regjeringen. JCPOA har også gått ut på dato.
A second wave of chemical attacks on schoolgirls in Iran happened today at Ashura High School, Shahr-e Qods in Tehran. A large number of students have reportedly been poisoned and taken to medical centers.

@NazaninBoniadi I support you 100%. This has been the main motivation for joining the group https://t.co/LJbWxc0J5d in Norway: To focus and not get lost in silly arguments.
The Islamic Republic has stayed in power for 44 years by dividing its opposition. Our best hope of defeating this cruel and illegitimate regime is by uniting. As I pledged when the Alliance for Democracy and Freedom in Iran dissolved, I am open to collaborating with all Iranian patriots genuinely committed to a secular, democratic, prosperous Iran — provided they have not been implicated in or are apologists for crimes against the Iranian people.
On the anniversary of Mahsa’s killing I spoke at a rally outside the White House alongside other activists, including Mrs. Ebadi. As a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), I was invited to a private meeting with Raisi, which I declined and condemned both privately and publicly. When CFR subsequently invited me to speak to its members later this month, I accepted. On September 28th I will be speaking at an event which Mrs. Alinejad will also be attending. In October I will be speaking at the NUFDI conference, a group aligned with Prince Reza Pahlavi. I would happily convene with Mr. Esmaelioun and Mr. Mohtadi too.
Some speak of leaving the door open to regime insiders who choose to side with the people. How can this be achieved if we refuse to engage with democracy activists with whom we disagree? We must not allow the regime to prevail by creating divisions amongst us. My door is always open for democratic, civil dialogue; It is the least the people of Iran expect of us.
One year ago today, the world woke up to the horrifying news about the mass unlawful killings of dozens of men, women and children by Iran's authorities within the span of a few hours on the evening of 21 Sep during the #WomanLifeFreedom uprising. We remember these victims.

🚨On Aug 4th I tweeted about a disturbing pattern emerging regarding protesters released from prison, with the “Islamic” regime purposely targeting and killing Iran’s brightest & best - in ways beyond evil.
This video could be any fun loving person in Europe. But this is Dr. Maryam Arvin, an elite student who became a lawyer at 25, earning her doctorate in law at 28. She regularly championed cases of the underprivileged.
In December last year she reportedly got into a heated argument with the Revolutionary Court judge when defending a 15 year old protester sentenced to prison, arguing he should instead be sent to a correctional facility.
The prosecutor in the case is known to have said: “You certainly agree with the protesters, otherwise you wouldn’t be defending them.”
Maryam was then violently abducted December 13th, taken to prison where she was horrifically brutalized, losing 7 kilos in 3 weeks. Shortly after release she fell into a coma and died February 6th 2023.
On February 10th the Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of her home town of Sirjan issued a statement that Dr. Arvin had committed suicide “by using some medicine.”
She is one of the many suspicious deaths after release from prison, the suggestion being - backed by former prison doctors - that they are fed or injected with a deadly drug before release. Their deaths then recorded as suicide.
The world needs to know that this is the regime’s way of eliminating protesters, supposedly under the radar.
She was 29.
