@DunelmUK placed an order on 15th December was told I would receive it by the 21st December, you emailed saying it had been delayed and have heard nothing since. Canโt get hold of anyone on the website or find a number to call
@BBCWatchdog@GWRail are awful at dealing with complaints, I paid ยฃ140 for a return to London and reserved seats only to get on the train to be told there were no reservations or seats so I had to spend the 2hr journey stood with my 1 year old! The luggage was piled up across fire exits too!
