We are also grateful to our reviewers who helped us improve the manuscript - we have added several new experiments to better quantify the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of our method!
Introducing Slide-tags: our new technology for truly single-cell, multi-modal spatial genomics!
Had a blast working alongside @AndyRusss, @Naeemnadaff, @macosko, @insitubiology, and the rest of our team on this project!

Single-cell or spatial?
Our new technology - Slide-tags - allows both in the same experiment, enabling true single-cell multi-modal spatial genomics

Presenting Slide-TCR-seq: our method for measuring the transcriptomes of cells & T cell receptor (TCR) sequences in situ!
This collaboration w/ Bryan Iorgulescu, Shuqiang Li, Catherine Wu, and @insitubiology led to some cool findings...

We are especially excited to see PSS applied in subcellular regions. We selectively sequenced DNA at the nuclear periphery (key organizing region). We compare the results to Lamin B1 ChIP-seq data to identify general features of DNA sequences that localize to this region (9/9).
🍾 Proud of my postdoc Kevin Lang! He is starting his independent group June 2021 at the world-renowned Institute Curie @institut_curie, studying DNA replication during host-pathogen interactions. Can’t wait for exciting discoveries from the Lang lab! Congrats @infectiousdose! 🍾
