I’m revisiting a story I set to the side a couple of years ago. I’m done reading what I’ve already written, it’s 14 chapters. What should be my next course of action be? Finish writing it (I pants this one so no outline) or start editing it and get to know my characters again?

I think I might need to change from multiple POVs to one POV. This means I would have to rewrite 90% of my novel. One of my minor characters turned into a major player and I think he would be a great narrator. Who has done this and was it worth it. #WritingComminuty #amwriting
