"You age because your body stops making creatine. Without it, your strength goes, your memory slips, and your recovery takes days."
Here's the 5-step protocol to rebuild it naturally:
1. Stop trying to keep muscle with cardio

I created an AI Smart Glass to help blind people walk without a cane or a guide 👓
But this is not like the smart glasses people are used to seeing
Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location
But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email 📲
And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings
I have put the video showing how it works completely in the comment. 🎥

Let the world see what a young Nigerian can build
One of the hardest questions people ask is, “Why do bad things happen to good people?”
The truth is, we live in a fallen world where pain, loss, sickness, and heartbreak exist because sin entered the world. But not every trial is God punishing someone.
Sometimes pain becomes the place where faith grows deepest.
Look at Job. He lost almost everything, yet his suffering wasn’t because he was evil. Through it all, God still revealed His power, faithfulness, and purpose.
We may not always understand the “why,” but we can trust that God is able to bring purpose even out of pain.

"Muhammad is a narcissist, a [molester], a mass murderer, a terrorist, a misogynist, a lecher, a cult leader, a madman a rapist, a torturer, an assassin and a looter." This quote is from a former Muslim, Ali Sina, who offered $50,000 to anyone who could prove this wrong based on Islamic texts. The reward has gone unclaimed.
