@mmamas1973 Very problematic. But the bigger problem is that ppl see publications as a mandtory checkbox to tick (applicants do this to get spots, attendings do this for promotions). Goal becomes to publish a high number and in this they dotn care about quality or ethics or meaningfulness.

@AbbasMallick17 I agree. Especially patients with acute coronary event but non-impressive lipid profile, lipoprotein a should definitely be checked for secondary prevention.
