Same goes for the likes of Rizwan, Shaheen, Imad and Shadab. None of them should be a candidate of captaincy and selected in the team only when they are in form. Have to think out of the box for T20 captaincy.

Going forward, what Pakistan cricket needs to do is to depoliticise Babar. For that he has to be removed as a captain in T20s. There is no doubt that he's the best batter Pakistan has got but this politics around captaincy will ruin him. Make him earn his spot in the T20 team.
