A thank you, in their own words 🫶
The Artemis II crew wanted to share their thanks to everyone who followed along during their journey, and share a reminder that there’s still more human exploration—and Artemis content—coming.
One week has passed since Artemis II returned to Earth after a historic mission around the Moon. We laughed, we cried, and we pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, setting the stage for future innovation and exploration.
We’re just getting started.
Celebrating 65 years of humans in space!
Today on the International Day of Human Space Flight, we honor the first flight into space made by Yuri Gagarin in 1961, as well as the first Space Shuttle launch in 1981.
The best is yet to come.
Welcome home Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy! 🫶
The Artemis II astronauts have splashed down at 8:07pm ET (0007 UTC April 11), bringing their historic 10-day mission around the Moon to an end.
