Taking the loss of a flag as an excuse for renewing border tensions or dismissing the MOU. Thailand has been planting lots of flags on Cambodian territory that they are occupying. If losing a flag can cause that much panic, Cambodia’s patience with Thailand’s illegal military acts along the border and the occupation is already like a Buddha.
