The process of managing NDAs can be wildly inefficient using current tools
NDA(dot)me is changing this with one of the slickest product experiences we’ve seen
It’s a product that makes the Privy team’s life easier and we couldn’t be more excited to support them 🤩
NDAs can be a real pain, but we’ve got a solution for you!
Introducing NDA [dot] me, a platform that simplifies the process of signing and managing NDAs. We’ve identified a common pain point in most business cases - the lack of efficiency in handling NDAs.
We’re excited to launch a free-to-use beta version of NDA [dot] me today. We’re eager to gather user feedback to make the platform even better and streamline additional applications.
NDA [dot] me is designed to make NDAs a breeze. It’s built on the Dottd protocol, which is secure and easy to use.
We’re planning to reskin the platform for future applications like engagement letters, sponsor deals, and more.
Legal agreements that can be standardized can benefit from a simple 15-second process to sign, send, and execute business on-chain. NDA [dot] me is currently live on @Arbitrum, and we’ve received a grant from the Foundation team to help bring our vision to life.
We’re looking for your help to continue iterating and providing real value. If you have any feedback or questions about how you can integrate the protocol into your workflow, please reach out to us directly at hi [at] nda [dot] me.
Here are some key features of the Dottd protocol:
• Composable Modular Agreements: You can build agreements on top of each other, making it easy to create complex contracts.
• Agreement Chains: Keep track of the entire lifecycle of an agreement with a chain of agreements.
• Template Data Sanitization: Protect sensitive data by sanitizing it before using it in agreements.
• Agreement Language Storage: Store agreement language on-chain or on IPFS for easy access and security.
• Self-Custodial Encryption: Use ECDSA signature-derived RSA Keys to encrypt data at multiple levels, ensuring maximum security.
If you’re interested in learning more about the protocol or exploring how to integrate it into your platform, feel free to reach out to us at hi [at] dottd [dot] com. We’re here to help!
As we grow, giving our holders the opportunity to utilize and increase the impact of their IP is important to us.
The toys that are live in @Target include community Penguins, that were fully licensed using @OverpassIP, our NFT licensing platform.

1/3 - At Base Name Service, we have obtained our Made By Apes license from @yugalabs. It will be utilized within our Network State on Roblox.
The onchain data of our Network State will be stored on @base and onchain identities such as .base, .eth (@ensdomains), and .⌐◨-◨ (@nnsprotocol) can serve as digital passports for the network state.
Thanks @BorisVagner 🍌 for delivering the great news.
A lot of people are missing the plot when it comes to @pudgypenguins@OverpassIP.
People are caught up in the tactic of the 88 licenses versus the larger friction point Pudgy and @SaaSyLabs are solving for.
To quote @LucaNetz in the launch video, “Web2 licensing is slow, it's archaic, and it doesn't move at the speed and the pace that Web3 demands.”
Read that again.
Contracts and licensing take time and effort to complete. There are legal, and often regulatory, considerations in every single word of an agreement. They’re complex - even when doing them one-on-one with a known spokesperson or company employee.
Now expand those hurdles to the decentralized world of Web3. It’s even more complicated.
Overpass isn’t just a step toward licensing for 88 members of The Huddle, it’s a step toward on-chain contracts. It’s a step toward removing red tape.
So while Overpass is absolutely providing utility for some of the Pudgy holders today, it could be a huge move toward the next generation of contract infrastructure. It’s a beta test that, at-scale, removes intermediaries from certain types of agreements and puts them on-chain.
We saw some early applications of this done super well by @TallyLabsNFT with @jenkinsthevalet. It’s awesome to see it continue to unfold with Overpass.
Cheers to the leaders and pioneers pushing this type of infrastructure forward.
It's been exciting to build alongside @pudgypenguins and bring to reality an on-chain IP licensing solution that removes the friction of traditional web2 agreement structures and enables NFT holders to license their IP for products properly.
There's been a significant void in web3, and we believe that Overpass will fill that gap when it leaves its beta stage — opportunities are fruitful, and creating a platform to encourage IP adoption and licensing by external brands will help drive the space in a less speculative and more positive direction.
Licensing for Chapter 2 of Pudgy Toys is now live and made possible by the beta launch of @OverpassIP, our IP licensing platform.

We’ve received several inquiries about lack of ParaX support on Made by Apes
This was a team decision for the protocol, not limited to Made by Apes
The APIs ParaX provides create too much latency for the end user, which causes people to believe the functionality of asset detection is broken
We’ve attempted to obtain their subgraph to re-deploy in an effort to support the platform on our protocol but one wasn’t provided
For now ParaX isn’t supported by the protocol but this may change in the future if they decide to open source and share their subgraph to eliminate unnecessary API calls
We apologize to those impacted by this as we aim to provide for the community as a whole and don’t want anyone to be left out if at all possible
.@GaryGensler is as ineffective as he is incompetent. Fortunately, my nonpartisan appropriations amendment to reign in SEC enforcement abuses against the digital asset industry passed the House today with no opposition.
Congress will hold unelected bureaucrats accountable.
Happy to announce our new strategic partnership with @SaaSylabs. SaaSy Labs has been helping shape the future of web3 by pioneering legal infrastructure on the blockchain for projects like Yuga Labs, The Blockchain Innovation Project, and now DEDPRZ
The significance of SaaSy’s role is bringing IP licensing on chain for users to license their assets to be used in all games across the platform
• SaaSy will build out our NFT staking contracts for IP licensing agreements.
• This will help add transparency and trust for our IP licensing payments
• Streamlined user experience
• No, this does not mean KYC for staking
We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with @BIPblockchain and its Chairman @DavidMMcintosh to bring the transparency of blockchain to Washington.
David has created a bipartisan initiative, the Blockchain Innovation Project, in collaboration with @JoshMandelOhio, @schultzohio, @RepTimRyan, Ty Strong and others. We aim to bring policy advocacy into the future and leverage blockchain technology and transparency for provability of donation distributions and also to curate policy
The goal of BIP is to bring the power of policy back to the people and give retail a real voice in the Washington in a way that hasn’t existed before
Leading into November we will be preparing for initiatives that will give retail a direct line of communication in Washington and give an opportunity to donate to a 501(c)(4) that has been created to change the narrative of crypto and blockchain technology
We’re excited to be a foundational layer of fiat-to-crypto and crypto-native donations that will empower legislators to gain the support required to ensure that technology is built, adopted, and supported domestically
We believe the future will be powered by blockchain technology and we aim to support all initiatives that ensure that becomes reality
