The @Chase @ChaseSupport Sapphire World Cup Ticket promotion has been a failure. Have been kicked out of the queue several times. Haven’t seen anyone claim they were successful. Upsetting given the high annual fees.

@feelinloose19 I clicked within a couple seconds. Was in the queue for fifteen minutes then it took me back to the access tickets page. Clicked it again and says I’m in the queue. Hopefully the original spot but feeling pessimistic

Tried to buy a Dubai map from @craftandoak but its very outdated without the extended canal. See map from their site vs the one by its map provider, which is current. Was told after 2 mths waiting for fix, their priority is customers and revenue but not updating its software. wow
