I'm escalating that a ticket raised on 15/7/25 for Water RO issue(4752566095806) has not got any response or resolution update till date.This is not acceptable after paid for 3years of AMC chasing service engineer for 40+ days

There is no option to cancel the food which is still not prepared by the hotel and no refund no proper communication by the support team...@SwiggyInstamart Swiggy is way better.. I recommend only Swiggy hereafter.

Too many times I escalated about the issue to @flipkartsupport I only got a reply that the issue will be resolved. But till now the parcel was not delivered. If you are not able to deliver don't give false promises😤😤. They changed the delivery date the 6th time..🤦
